Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open Settings → your name → Subscriptions, or the App Store subscriptions page, and cancel there. Cancelling stops future renewals.

Open the App Store app, tap your profile, then Subscriptions. If that does not work, contact support with your Apple ID email and approximate purchase date.

Refunds for App Store purchases are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your invoices, clients and products are stored on your device rather than in a cloud account. The App Store privacy label for Invoice Maker reports that the developer does not collect any data from the app.

Yes. Because it does not depend on a cloud account, you can create and preview invoices without a connection. You will need a connection to send the PDF by email or message.
